Been having Neck Pain. Went to Yahoo Health to read about it.
Stress and focusing intensely on a task can contribute to neck pain. Tension may develop in one or more of the muscles that connect the head, neck, and shoulders. They may feel tight and painful.
I know I shouldn’t eat curry chicken. But it looks so yummy. And eating spicy food makes me going to the toilet. But the curry is not really spicy hot. After much searching in web for answers, I find none.
What a coincidence, I was talking about stomachaches, and WishBoNe is having stomachache at the same time.
After reading Daph’s blog about 21km race she did. I forgot to mention that we (E240 and E266) are doing the cycling trip to Malaysia again, on 29 September. Just a day after my big day. *Grins* What a great present. I love it. I love cycling. It really brought me a lot of sweet memories.
