I was wondering about car plate. What do the colours means for? I see black background with white numbers, white background with black numbers, yellow background with black numbers, Red background with white numbers, some of the Sentosa ranger’s cars are with red and green background with white number. What does all this colours means? I’m sure there is a reason behind it.
Thinking of buying MP3 player. Not sure what to buy. Think will not be buying at this moment. Cos there will be more MP3 models coming out.
Saw this Disney© car below my block. Pretty isn’t it? I love it.

Sentosa Girl Thanks:

Red background with white numbers means the car is an Off-Peak Car (OPC) that can only be driven on weekends and certain hours.
For regular cars, your color combo must be either:
1) Black bg with white numbers for both front and back plates
or
2) White bg with black numbers for front and yellow bg with black numbers for back
At the end of the day, these colors ultimately mean that we’re all controlled by LTA
Hi, I had done a post on the car plates colour before. If you like can refer to http://sgboleh.blogspot.com/2007/06/singapore-vehicle-licence-plates.html
It is pretty interesting just to know what diff colours mean
Yeap yeap..teacher got it right..mine is an OPC..so I can only drive from 7pm to 7am..which is cool coz I stay near my office..which would be a total waste if I would to drive to work..
and being a ‘paid greenie’ I would say I am trying to carbon offset..keke..
