Recently, a colleague of mine’s girlfriend broke up with him. And he is down with love sick, or should I call it depression (?). He didn’t came to work for one week. Today, he smsed almost everyone that he is going to Institute of Mental Health (IMH). *Huh?* Why is he telling everyone that? I mean, he can just sms to his close friends only. There’s no need to tell everyone about it, right? I mean, he even smsed to our airfreight branch staffs. (-_-”) I’m not even sure did he cut himself. Hope not. ABC (Naming him anonymously), be strong. Don’t do foolish things. And don’t think so much.
This brings me to a thought. Is love sick a “silent killer”? I had gone through depression before. But not to the extend like what he is going through. I did not get depression when I broke up with my ex (s). I do not want to go into the details. Sometimes, I still having stomachaches, I asked myself, “Am I having depression?”
Does anyone know what is intercepting of calls? We even have wrote a manual of how to intercept calls to each and every staffs. Yet no one is doing it. *Duh* What the use of getting a phone that have this function? Even the message button, they are not using, that is fine. But intercept of calls is still a must. I hate phones beep back after I had transferred the calls. Beep back means no one had answered the phone.

The IT had remove the software that is helping us block spam emails, due to a lot of our agents or customers is complaining that they could not email to us. Well, cos they are using emails like Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Lycos. These emails will be blocked, due to junks emails. Now, the junks emails are emailing to all@sin.companyname.com. I asked the IT is there a way of blocking emails that is sending to this address or not. He said that currently we are unable to do that.
