I log in to check my bank account, I need to let him peek? Of cos I close it. This is confidential things. Put him in-charge of doing sales leads and sending sales. Or anything that the salesman did not fulfill the requirement of sending 8 sales leads per month, he (AT) pay for them for free. Since he always have hundreds of dollars in his pocket. And I really mean CASH. Not money in the bank.
Search the web for new customers. Found a few. Still looking at it. Real hard. Gave one or two to SX and JL. As they just came into Business Development. Told TC about it. He asked, I also want to go to sales. I told him, nope. I just gave a few new customers to them as they don’t have any of their own. He asked, how about him? I’m waiting searching for bigger companies and more opportunities for him. I have one. But I need to find out who is the logistics manager in the company or who is making the decision in the company. Looking for local customers is slightly easier than looking for overseas customers. If you want to look for overseas customers, you have to know who is the local buyers first. Most of them are from China. Trying to look for other countries.
