Customer is chasing for it. If the customer is not chasing for it, I won’t be bother to ask you this question. What am I going to tell her the answer for the question she asked me? If you need half an hour, just say it. Don’t just say you don’t know how long you need. This is the wrong answer. If you answer that answer to me, it is fine with me. But giving this reply to customer. No way. Even if I anyhow guess the time you need. The customer replied back, “One document need to have 2 hours to make it?” Tell me how to prevent the customer from replying back this remark?
