I need to build up my leg muscles in order to be able to cycle uphill without much problem. Search online for answers. *Hmmm* Guess I need to schedule my weekdays for running and going down to the gym to lift on weights. Will be going to Community Centres’ gyms. Cos they are cheaper. And you only pay SGD 2.00 per visit. But if you have a PAssion card, you only pay SGD 1.00 per visit. If you going to Fitness First, Amore, or other famous gyms, you have to pay a monthly or yearly fee. Which is too costly to me. And they are not near my house either. My bicycle front light is spoilt. Will be a buying a new one and a better one this week or next month. A stronger light. Or I cycled to Jurong West at night. So that I can test out how strong is the light this way.
