HR Loves Double Work

Tuesday, 5 August 2008 | Written by Sentosa Girl | Tagged under Angers, Work. | Permalink |

Came back to office, found out that the IT had remove the internet phone line. I do know where to plug it back. They thought I don’t know. *Haha* Very funny. They uninstall the EDI program. Erm, I don’t use it since I left Customer Service, which is like one year ago. How come took them so long to do it? IT should know better that who is not using EDI. How come they email to all, that the EDI has been updated or going to update?

I only have one thing to return. That is the thumb drive. And I had written black and white, and clearly that this is to return to AND. The HR insists that to write in another paper. Hello! Only two words to write in a big A4 paper? Why waste the paper and ink? And they insist that I must write the whole list of things that are on my table. You want it? I print it from the thumb drive. All the agents contacts and info. That will be about 200 pages of it. Do you still want it? You want it to be in details. That is 200 pages of it for you. I never see such a double-work HR people before. All the companies that I left, they don’t do this kind of stuffs. They only ask where I put the stuffs, once they know everything they need to know, I can go off. The other time I swap my leave, they want me to email in back and white that I’m swapping. I even emailed her, “I’m on urgent leave today (3 July) and coming back to work tomorrow (4 July).” Is that clear enough that I’m swapping my leave? Hello! Can’t you see that I punch my card? Doesn’t it means that I came back to work? In fact, I don’t punch my card if I’m just come back to do some stuffs then I go off. Do you guys do that too?

I want to leave in a happy mood not a angry mood, HR. Next time when you leave the company, if TN does the same way as what you did today, what you feel and what you think?
